I love that there are nearby restaurants, a casino, the Reno Tahoe convention center with performing arts, and a view of Virginia Lake as you enjoy Reno's lovely weather.
It's a great place for outdoorsy travelers who enjoy hiking like me, cycling, kayaking, skiing, and swimming. It also has these incredible amenities at walking distance or a short bus commute. Situated 0.93 miles (1.5 km) from Washoe County Golf Course, 1.5 miles (2.5 km) away from Nevada Museum of Art, and a less than 1.9 miles (3 km) walk to Truckee River nature walk. The best part is that this midtown charming old SW unit is just 2.5 miles (4 km) to Reno-Tahoe airport with available Uber, Lyft, or bus transportation.

Renovated to modern standards, this 1-bedroom apartment boasts eccentric interiors from the concrete walls accentuated with stunning wall art and subtle furniture to tranquil your stay. There is a full kitchen fully stocked with a coffee maker, quality utensils, a dishwasher, and a mini fridge. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries, and towels with a modern shower and calming light fixtures. The bed is cozy with clean linen and minimal décor.
The entire apartment has strong free Wi-Fi with non-smoking rules, but just as at the Victorian Inn in Reno, rooms are not really that spacious for children or families. There’s one king bed and a sofa bed to accommodate two guests. I loved the fact that pets are allowed though they have to be pre-approved by the host.
