The Marriott Marquis Houston Texas is a wonderful choice for travelers looking for reviews of a comfortable and luxurious stay in Texas. The hotel is near many of Houston's top attractions and business centers, including Brown convention center and Minute Maid park.

What I loved most about the hotel was the stunning lobby that greets guests with a modern design and plenty of seating areas. The check-in and check-out process at the front desk is quick and efficient, and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

If you're planning a trip to Houston, Texas, and are searching for an upscale hotel, consider the Marriott Marquis. Based on personal experience, the hotel offers an exceptional experience with modern amenities, upscale accommodations, great service, and stunning city views.

I appreciated that the Marriott Marquis is conveniently located in the city center and a short distance from the Houston William Hobby Airport, but unlike the Post Oak Hotel, it doesn't offer free shuttle service. 

The hotel is also a walking distance from popular destinations like the Houston Museum District, Discovery Green Park, and the Space Center Houston. The convenient location and property amenities of the Marriott Marquis make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business. If you are in two minds about staying in a more luxurious hotel like this, or booking a value hotel like the Embassy Suites by Hilton Houston, it's difficult not to say 'Yes' to the Marriot.

Dining

The hotel offers various dining options, including two on-site restaurants, a coffee shop, a wine bar, and a poolside bar. I especially enjoyed Walker Street Kitchen, the hotel's signature restaurant downstairs, which serves delicious food with a local Texas twist. For something more casual, Xochi offers traditional Oaxacan cuisine with a modern twist prepared by an award-winning chef. 

The hotel's coffee shop, Texas T, serves Starbucks coffee and grab-and-go snacks. I spent the evenings at the High Dive Bar on the rooftop, which offers an extensive cocktail menu and stunning city skyline views.

The Marriott Marquis Houston prides itself on providing guests with exceptional service and thoughtful amenities. The hotel's friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome and at home when I arrived. The Marriott hotel has a 24-hour room service, laundry service, valet parking, and a concierge desk.

Accommodation

The Marriott Marquis Houston, Texas, boasts 1,000 guest rooms designed with modern furnishings and sophisticated decor. My room was spacious with comfortable beds, luxury bathrooms, laundry and dry cleaning services, and many more highlights. The hotel has a great location with various room types, including city-view rooms, pool-view rooms, and concierge-level rooms with access to the exclusive lounge.

Honestly, a gap between family hotels like this and the luxury hotels in Houston like the Four Seasons is getting smaller and smaller.
