Impressive Staff and Hotel Service
Firstly, I want to reiterate how impressed I was with the staff and the room service. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make sure that I had a great stay. Whether it was helping me with my luggage, providing recommendations for local restaurants, or just asking how my day was going, the front desk staff always made me feel valued and cared for and provided very helpful service. The housekeeping service was very good and never failed to have our room serviced promptly every day.
Stunning Room Design
One aspect of the hotel that really stood out to me was the room itself. It was spacious, well-designed, and had an incredible view of the city. I really appreciated the attention to detail in the design of the room - everything from the color scheme to the artwork on the walls was carefully curated to create a luxurious and inviting space.
Comfortable Bed and Top-Notch Room Amenities
The bed in the room was also incredibly comfortable - I slept very well during my stay in the Central Miami. The linens were soft and cozy, and the pillows were just the right level of firmness. Additionally, the amenities in the room were top-notch. I especially enjoyed having a Nespresso machine in the room, which allowed me to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee each morning without having to leave my room. The minibar was also well-stocked with a variety of snacks and beverages. The view is jaw-droppingly beautiful too, with floor-to-ceiling windows. The bathroom was large with huge counter space.

This Miami's hotel's central location in the heart of Brickell city center was another highlight of my stay. There were plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance, which made it easy to explore the area. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the beach and other Miami attractions made it a great base for my trip. This upscale Miami hotel is a popular choice for both business and leisure travelers, thanks to its modern and trendy interiors and a convenient Financial District location connected to the Brickell City Center complex.
Beautiful Rooftop Pool
I have to mention the rooftop pool. It was a beautiful space with great views and plenty of loungers to relax in. I loved spending my afternoons soaking up the sun and enjoying a cocktail from the poolside bar.
Additional Features
The hotel's giant pool deck offers four bodies of water from which to choose: lap pool, spa pool, cold plunge pool, or hot tub. An attractive outdoor pool area is one of the highlights here. I had a fantastic Miami city and Miami River view with a nice sized balcony, 30 floors up! The Miami night lights were incredible! You go up in the special star-studded elevator! Close to the Tea Room is Sugar, the very popular rooftop patio bar where everyone loves to hang out and listen to music while sipping delicious drinks. For a very different vibe, the Quinto is downstairs and is a gorgeous fantasy-style South American jungle with large, comfortable wooden furniture with lots of pillows for comfort!
