The Desert Rose Resort is a hotel located near the well-known Las Vegas Strip, hence you can access the many popular attractions of the strip like the Fountains of Bellagio, the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, and the MGM Grand Hotel Casino which are just a short walk from the hotel. Some hotels on the Strip and near the popular spot, like the Jockey Club Suites, offer access to big casinos from other hotels, while others, like Desert Rose Resort and Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip don't have any such possibilites.

Originally known as Hawthorn Suites, it underwent a transformation in 2007, adopting its current name and ownership. Since then, the resort has undergone multiple renovations, ensuring a modern and comfortable experience for guests who are not looking to stay in one of the ultra-luxurious and bustling hotels on the Strip like the Wynn Las Vegas and Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas.
With 278 fully furnished 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, the resort provides spacious accommodations for visitors seeking a convenient and enjoyable stay in the heart of Las Vegas.
One and Two-Bedroom Condo Suites
After checking in at the front desk of the Desert Rose Suites in Las Vegas, I was taken to the one-bedroom suite that I had reserved. This was a very well-equipped suite. It had a kitchen with appliances, utensils, a sink, a separate bedroom, and a living area.
The Living Room
The living area was furnished with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city.
There was a flat-screen TV with cable channels, so I could catch up on my favorite shows. The hotel also offers free WI FI to stay connected throughout your stay plus air conditioning for a comfortable stay.
Fully-Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen in the suite was well-equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. This was convenient for preparing my meals or enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning.
A Separate Dining Area
The suite also had a dining table where I could enjoy meals or use it as a workspace. There was also a washing machine and a dryer, to clean my own clothes.
The one-bedroom suite also had a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The bathroom was clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. You will get a cozy king-sized comfortable bed with soft pillows and clean linens when you stay in this suite. There was also a closet where I could hang my clothes and store my belongings.
Suites have Balconies
One of the things I really liked about the one-bedroom suite was the balcony. It offered a great view of the surrounding area and was a nice place to sit and relax. It was a peaceful spot where I could unwind and enjoy the warm desert breeze.
2 Bedroom Suites
During my stay at this family-friendly hotel, I also had the opportunity to see a two-bedroom suite. It was perfect for families or larger groups traveling together. Unlike the Signature Rental hotel's family rooms, the two-bedroom suite in Desert Rose had two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
The living area was spacious and had a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and dining table. The kitchen in the two-bedroom suite was also fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils.
Property Amenities
An Outdoor Pool and a Spa
The scorching desert heat of Nevada can be quite exhausting, but fortunately, the Desert Rose Resort had a beautiful swimming pool where I could cool off and relax.
It was such a relief to take a refreshing dip in the property's outdoor pool and rejuvenate myself. Also, there is a hot tub available for guests, which will help you to unwind and soothe your muscles after a long day.
Rose Resort Desert has A Well-Equipped Fitness Center
As someone who values fitness and staying active, I was thrilled to discover that the hotel had a well-equipped fitness center.
It provided me with the opportunity to continue my workout routine even while on vacation. I appreciated having access to exercise machines and weights to keep myself in shape.
Another great feature of this very quiet property was its meeting rooms. They provided a convenient and professional space for any business needs or gatherings. During my stay at the Resort Desert, I had a free breakfast buffet that was served every day.
