Just like other similar centrally located hotels in New York, the AKA Central Park hotel offers its guests an unparalleled luxury experience. You can choose a one-room studio, a two-bedroom suite, or a premium room. Each spacious room comes with state–of–the–art amenities and stylish furnishings. The suites feature full kitchens with everything you need to prepare a meal.
My latest visit was fantastic. I stayed for two weeks in a very comfortable one-room studio apartment. The room was spacious, and I could work remotely the entire time since there was enough space to spread out. The king-size beds are super comfy with ironed bed sheets. All the bathrooms have hot water and high-pressure shower heads. Some rooms have a roll-in shower.
However, while in some more affordable nearby hotels like 33 Seaport Hotel New York you get full room service, here you only get scheduled room service.
Great Customer Experience
For me, every visit to AKA Central Park has been made memorable by the genuinely warm hospitality of the staff. The friendly front desk staff is always on hand to greet guests and make the check-in process easy and convenient although there isn't a 24h check-in service like in the nearby M Social Hotel Times Square New York.
Staff members will be available to answer any of your queries or concerns. Their 24-hour front desk and concierge services ensure that all your needs are handled. All rooms are wheelchair-accessible, and infant beds, as well as rollaway beds, are all available at an extra fee. There are always little touches that make a big difference. I once mentioned that I was celebrating my birthday, and they had flowers and a bottle of wine in the room.
